Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise the housekeeping team, including creating rosters, assigning duties, and ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Room Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
Laundry Operations: Oversee all laundry and linen operations, including guest laundry, to ensure timely and high-quality service.
Inspection & Cleanliness: Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain consistent cleanliness and upkeep.
Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report maintenance issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
Process Implementation: Develop and implement efficient housekeeping processes and protocols for optimal operations.
Staff Training: Train, mentor, and guide housekeeping staff to maintain and exceed cleanliness standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, placing orders as needed.
Guest Experience: Address guest concerns related to housekeeping services professionally and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization to uphold the highest housekeeping standards.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, motivate, and train a team.
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to address and resolve guest concerns and housekeeping challenges efficiently.
Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with guests, staff, and management.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage rosters, prioritize tasks, and maintain inventory effectively.
