Job Summary
We are looking for fluent Filipino (Tagalog) speakers to join our customer support team in Colombo. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service for international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Document customer interactions clearly in the system
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
Fluency in Filipino (Tagalog) (spoken and written)
Basic English communication skills
Prior BPO or customer support experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work onsite in Colombo
Ability to work flexible shifts if required
