Onsite Key Responsibilities
Direct Malay Communication: Handle inbound voice calls, emails, and live chats exclusively in Bahasa Malaysia.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries regarding [Service/Product] with speed and cultural accuracy.
On-Floor Collaboration: Engage in daily face-to-face briefings with Team Leads to meet performance targets (KPIs).
Data Security: Work within our secure onsite facility, adhering to strict data protection and “Clean Desk” policies.
English Proficiency: Use English for internal systems, documentation, and reporting to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language: Native or near-native fluency in Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) is mandatory.
Presence: Must be able to work onsite at our Colombo 09 office.
Education: Minimum G.C.E. A/L or equivalent.
Punctuality: Ability to adhere to Malaysian-aligned shifts (which often start earlier than standard Sri Lankan office hours).
Technical Skills: Comfortable using multiple computer monitors and fast typing skills (30+ WPM).
