Sales Trainee (Commission-Based)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to develop their sales skills while earning based on their performance. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and approach potential customers.
*Promote and explain the company’s products and services.
*Generate new sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
*Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
*Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
*Gather customer feedback and market information.
*Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
*G.C.E. (O/L) or G.C.E. (A/L) qualification. A diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an added advantage.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
*Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
*Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
*Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
*Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
*Valid riding or driving licence is an added advantage.

*This is a commission-based position.
