PRODUCTION MANAGER (PU PLANT)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily PU injection production lines.
Optimize chemical mixing ratios and density.
Minimize material waste and downtime.
Lead and train factory floor teams.
Track output using ERP systems.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Engineering or Footwear Technology.
Experience: 5+ years in PU footwear manufacturing.
Machinery: Expertise with DESMA or similar PU injection machines.
Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
