About Dogs of Ella Gte Ltd

Dogs of Ella is a nonprofit animal welfare NGO located near Ella, Sri Lanka. We provide a safe and healthy environment for rescued street dogs, focusing on health, rehabilitation, and adoption. At the same time, we build sustainable partnerships locally and internationally to improve animal welfare and create long-term impact.
