Overview

Key Responsibilities
·        Plan, coordinate, and monitor telecom project activities with internal teams and customers.

·        Manage site survey activities and resolve survey/non-survey site issues.

·        Coordinate with customer technical teams to review requirements and close survey findings.

·        Prepare, review, and maintain Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR).

·        Supervise telecom installation and implementation activities.

·        Perform network integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.

·        Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.

·        Monitor project progress and support timely project delivery.

Preferred Experience
·        Hands-on experience with ZTE Telecom Equipment.

·        Experience in 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G Network Deployment.

·        Knowledge of telecom site surveys, installation, commissioning, and integration activities.

Qualifications
·        Diploma / Higher National Diploma (HND) in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, NDT/NDES, or a related technical field.

·        Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the telecom industry.

·        Strong communication and coordination skills.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
