Overview

Job Duties

Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the project site.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
Ensure all MEP activities comply with design, quality, and safety standards.
Monitor site progress and provide daily/weekly reports to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
Address site-level challenges and propose practical solutions.
Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved within budget and scope.

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP site supervision (construction industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and construction methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work under pressure.
