Overview

·       Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, tools, equipment, and consumables against approved Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Notes (DNs).

·       Ensure proper offloading, handling, tagging, and safe storage of materials in compliance with site safety and island logistics procedures.

·       Maintain accurate inventory records across physical stock, stock registers, bin cards, and ERP/system entries, including PO–DN–MR reconciliation.

·       Issue materials, tools, and equipment strictly against approved Material Requisitions (MRs), ensuring full traceability of all transactions.

·       Monitor stock levels and proactively highlight low-stock and critical items for timely replenishment.

·       Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical stock audits, ensuring reconciliation with system records.

·       Maintain organized, clean, and audit-ready storage areas with proper labeling and safety compliance.

·       Manage tracking and control of tools, equipment, and assets through a structured register system.

·       Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to align material deliveries with project requirements and site schedules.

·       Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage, deterioration, wastage, or loss.

·       Maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles for applicable materials and consumables.

·       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports covering stock status, reconciliations, and critical material updates.

·       Immediately report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or variances with supporting documentation.

·       Support ERP-based inventory systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle or similar) ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

·       Assist in internal audits, external audits, and project-end inventory verification activities.

·       Support island logistics operations including delivery coordination, barge offloading, and site distribution.

·       Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and material control policies.

·       Perform any additional storekeeping or inventory-related duties assigned by management.
