Overview

Onsite Key Responsibilities
Bilingual Support: Handle inbound and outbound interactions in Hindi (Primary) and English (Internal/Reporting).
Inquiry Management: Address customer questions regarding service features, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
On-Floor Collaboration: Attend daily onsite briefings at our Colombo 09 office to stay updated on project changes and targets.
Compliance & Security: Work within our secure BPO environment, following “Clean Desk” and PCI-DSS data protection protocols.
CRM Usage: Log all customer history accurately in English using enterprise software (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).

Requirements & Qualifications
Language: Native or near-native fluency in Hindi. Must be able to speak and type in Hindi (Devenagari or Romanized as required).
Presence: Must be able to commute to Colombo 09 daily.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work shifts that align with Indian Standard Time (IST). (Luckily, IST is the same as Sri Lanka Time, making this a standard day-shift role).
Education: Minimum G.C.E. A/L or equivalent.
Experience: Previous BPO or call center experience is an advantage, but freshers with strong Hindi communication are encouraged to apply.
