Onsite Key Responsibilities
Native-Level Interaction: Manage inbound queries via voice, email, and KakaoTalk/Live Chat in Korean (Hangul).
Cultural Brand Ambassadorship: Apply “K-service” standards (high politeness and efficiency) to all customer interactions.
On-Floor Strategy: Work onsite with the Quality Assurance team to refine scripts and response templates for the Korean market.
Data Security: Follow strict onsite protocols to protect sensitive international user data within our secure facility.
Internal Reporting: Bridge the gap between the Korean market and our global management by providing internal reports in English.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Native fluency or TOPIK II (Level 5 or 6) certification is highly preferred.
Onsite Commitment: Must be available to work at the Colombo 09 office.
Shift Alignment: Willingness to work shifts aligned with Korea Standard Time (KST), which is 3.5 hours ahead of Sri Lanka (e.g., starting at 5:30 AM or 6:30 AM local time).
Education: Graduate degree or equivalent professional background.
Communication: Strong English skills for internal training and coordination.
