Job Role

  • Verify accuracy of data and ensure all information is correctly recorded.
    Process and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    Balance and reconcile records to maintain operational accuracy.
    Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure all reports are properly filed.
    Monitor daily operational activities and ensure workflow runs smoothly.
    Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
    Support operational processes to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
    Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
    Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
    Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

Job Requirements

  • Female candidates only.

    Successfully completed GCE A/L.
    Previous experience in operations, administration, or finance (an added advantage).
    Ability to work rotating shifts (8-hour or 12-hour schedules).
    Willingness to work 6 days per week.
