Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join our team in the Manufacturing sector in Buttala. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in employee relations, grievance handling, and HR operations, with proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, particularly in Employee Relations and Grievance Handling.
Previous experience in the Manufacturing sector is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and workplace practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle employee grievances and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Willingness to work in Buttala.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain positive employee relations across the organization.
Handle and resolve employee grievances, complaints, and workplace conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
Support the implementation and management of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Conduct employee discussions, investigations, and disciplinary processes when required.
Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters and employee relations issues.
Monitor employee engagement, workplace discipline, and organizational culture.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Work closely with management to address workforce-related issues and improve employee satisfaction.
Support HR initiatives related to employee welfare, performance, and retention.
