Assistant Manager – Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

Are you passionate about creating a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) to lead our SHE initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and company standards.
Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, safety audits, and incident investigations.
Lead safety awareness programs, employee training, and emergency preparedness activities.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external auditors to ensure compliance and successful audit outcomes.
Monitor environmental performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Support and maintain SHE management systems in line with ISO standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in SHEQ roles within a manufacturing or food production environment.
Certification in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or similar management systems will be an added advantage.
Experience working with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, environmental regulations, and risk management.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
