WE ARE HIRING: Trade Services & Operations Officer (Entry Level)
Location: ICC Sri Lanka Secretariat, Colombo

The International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka (ICCSL) is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team. No prior experience required — full on-the-job training provided!
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Documentation: Learn to process Certificates of Origin (CO/eCO) and ATA Carnets (passports for temporary exports).
Member Support: Assist with membership renewals, directory updates, and member inquiries.
Accounts & Ops: Issue official receipts/invoices, manage daily transaction logs, and provide general front-office/event backup.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Commerce, or CIMA/AAT/ACCA (Foundation).
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn international trade.
Good written/spoken English; proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
