Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle daily communication with clients through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Build and maintain strong and professional client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
• Follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure all assigned daily tasks are completed on time with accuracy.
• Maintain a positive and trustworthy relationship with clients to enhance long-term engagement.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Passed GCE A/L with at least 3 simple passes and GCE O/L with a minimum of 6 credit passes, including Tamil and English
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use common office tools
• Excellent communication skills in both Tamil and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in client handling, social media management, admin work, or similar roles will be an added advantage
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional, well-organized, and responsive in ail interactions
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Strong time management skills and ability to complete daily tasks on schedule
• Problem-solving attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service
