Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Unifi is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. If you’re passionate about B2B sales, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity to kick-start or grow your career in enterprise technology sales.
As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline for our Account Executives. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s growth while giving you exposure to enterprise sales, CRM platforms, and modern outbound prospecting strategies.
What You’ll Do
Generate and qualify enterprise-level leads
Prospect through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
Research target companies and key decision-makers
Maintain an organized and healthy sales pipeline
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline growth
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or B2B Sales
Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
Comfortable engaging with corporate decision-makers
Experience using CRM platforms is an advantage
