Overview

Drive Test Engineer – Responsibilities
·        Conduct 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G drive tests and network performance assessments.

·        Analyze drive test logs and identify network performance issues.

·        Generate technical reports and optimization recommendations.

·        Support network troubleshooting and performance improvement activities.

·        Coordinate with customer technical teams and optimization engineers.

RNO Project Coordinator – Responsibilities
·        Coordinate Radio Network Optimization (RNO) project activities.

·        Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and KPI targets.

·        Track optimization activities and ensure timely project execution.

·        Prepare project status reports and customer updates.

·        Coordinate with RF Engineers, customers, and internal teams to resolve network issues.

Preferred Experience
·        Hands-on experience with WNG, TEMS, Nemo, or similar drive test tools.

·        Experience in LTE and 5G network optimization and performance analysis.

·        Knowledge of telecom KPIs and network optimization processes.

·        Familiarity with ZTE, Huawei, or Ericsson network equipment.

·        Experience working with telecom operators and vendors.

Qualifications
·        Diploma / Higher National Diploma (HND) / Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, ICT, NDT/NDES, or a related technical field.

·        Minimum 2 years of relevant telecom industry experience.

·        Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
