Position: Call Centre Agent (Recoveries)
Location: Rajagiriya
Requirements:
- Male and Female candidates
- Age below 28 years
- Unmarried candidates preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Candidates residing near Rajagiriya will be given preference
- No previous experience required. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via telephone regarding outstanding payments
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records
- Negotiate and arrange payment plans when necessary
- Update customer information and recovery status
- Achieve assigned recovery targets
- Prepare daily call and recovery reports
