Job Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance on product selection.
Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and efficient working environment.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and convey insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in a showroom environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent product knowledge and ability to convey technical information to customers.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of relevant sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
